Dinner

Brad and I took the kiddo's to a fresh produce stand today. I couldn't resist the awesome tomatoes and onions that were sitting there calling my name! Homemade tomato pie was on our dinner table a few hours later. Want the recipe? Yes, you sooooo want it! Here ya go:

Chop tomatoes and onions

LAYER:

tomatoes

onions

basil

REPEAT

TOPPING:  Mix shredded cheeese (I used a mix of cheeses tonight!) and mayo- spread on top, bake 350 until brown and bubbly!! YUM!
