That's right...real men can play Sticker Dolly Princesses and be proud! HA!

With the baby due in exactly 6 weeks from yesterday, we have had so many people asking, "What do you and Brad hope you are having? I'm sure Brad wants a boy, right?" Our very truthful and consistent answer remains, "We could care less....we just pray for a healthy child." When I watch Addie with her daddy, it's very clear to me that it truly does, make no difference to him what God has chosen for us. He loves this little girl more than words can express, and watching the two of them together is pure joy!

Kaitlyn and Addie had a last minute playdate today and had a ball! Addie has now dropped the "Ku Ku" and actually calls Kaityln by her name! Those two are so silly together!

My precious friends, Amanda, Renee, and Sara surprised me with a "baby lunch" yesterday!!! I was SHOCKED to say the least. After buying this new camera, Amanda (my wonderful friend who happens to be a professional photographer- www.azphotograph.com ) promised me a little "Photography 101" lesson. She said we'd go to the State House and shoot some photos there. Well, next thing I know, we're pulling into the Motor Supply parking lot! I LOVE that place! We walked in, and there stands Renee next to a beatiful table, to celebrate our 2nd child! I just couldn't believe it!!! Sara, we missed you yesterday- feel better and hope you enjoy the pics! Thanks again girls, I love you all!

Week 34 begins today! The heartbeat last week was 150.....boy or girl? Who knows!

Night Lights

Daddy Perk here. I like to think I have a pretty good memory, but with baby #2 on the way, I figure I should start posting a few of my favorite father-daughter moments. I have never been so interested or aware of the moon's schedule as I have over the past few months. Addie is infatuated with the moon and the stars and I couldn't be more proud. Every night after bathtime, she gets so excited for Da-Da to take her outside to see the night lights. It's only a couple minutes a night, but for now, they're my favorite. I never want to forget these times!
