Back to Basics

Got picky eaters? I have one! Addie is VERY picky and Carlie will eat just about anything! So to please them both, I went back to the basics tonight- cornflakes! Part of the 21 day meal plan is to use ONLY what you have in your house to omit any extra shopping.
We had just what we needed!
Addie helped me (and I mean she REALLY helped me- I'm starting to really enjoy baking with her!) make Cornflake Muffins. We used the recipe right off the box! These use applesauce rather than butter and you can add raisins or cranberries. A great healthy snack or breakfast!
