Dinner Tonight!

The Perkins' house has adopted a "let's FEAST on the weekend" plan. We eat smaller, more affordable meals during the week and then go all out on the weekend! Well my friends, the weekend is about to begin! I've got chicken marinating right now, for grilled chicken tacos (recipe out of Southern Living), and I just made this homemade organic salsa to go with it! Add some sides, drinks, and dessert and my crowd will be happy! What's in the salsa? Organic cherry tomatoes, onion, salt, lime juice, and cilantro~ YUM!
