Acorn Squash:
- Put an inch of water in a casserole. Cut acorn squash in half, and place in casserole, flesh down. Bake 400 degrees for about an hour.
- Scoop out squash
- Process squash, canned pears, and cinnamon
- Gently boil carrots
- Process carrots, a little water, apple juice, and cinnamon
